|Recommended: YesMy daughter lived at the Domain Northgate and we thoroughly enjoyed her time living there. Because of the layout low height of the building and extra wide interior hallways, getting in and out especially during move in out was extremely easy and stress free. The staff was always so courteous and helpful, the amenities were fantastic, and the location was outstanding given its proximity to campus, Kyle Field, Starbucks and restaurants.

From the breathtaking amenities to the relaxing amount of floorspace all the plans have, The Domain at Northgate is a place that I am honored to call my home and safe space. Even when problems do occur, the helpful staff is always there to aid with a smile. I highly recommend this if you are looking for a new crib that has very little opportunity for error or any discomfort. I LOVE THE DOMAIN

|Recommended: YesThis apartment complex is so underrated The staff is so kind and friendly. They are so helpful and answered all my questions, making the move in process super easy. The complex is clean and well maintained. Not to mention how perfect the location is. It's a close walk to campus as well as restaurants on Northgate. I will definitely be renewing my lease here Shout out to Ana, you were so kind and welcoming. You made the stressful move in experience so much smoother.

|Recommended: YesDefinitely renewing here — The Domain is definitely underrated. As a very involved TAMU student, the location is perfect to be able to walk to and from campus. However, on days with bad weather it is still possible to take the bus. As far as my 4x4 apartment, I love it It is the perfect size for me and the kitchen is hard to beat. Maintenance requests are all quickly responded to and I had no major issues when moving in. Any time I need to contact staff for help on paper work, questions, etc., their response times have been very quick and they have been very helpful. Highly HIGHLY recommend the Domain

|Recommended: YesI — The staff at the Domain are so welcoming and have no problem with going the extra mile to make sure all questions and problems are resolved. My unit was well cleaned when moving in and the move in process itself went smoothly. All the amenities that come with the complex are always well maintained and very nice. The Domain is a short walk to the MSC which is perfect for walking to class and for football season. Overall, The Domain is a very welcoming atmosphere where you feel at home

|Recommended: YesOne of the best student buildings in northgate — I give it a 4.5 5 overall because I really like the building I don't give it a 5 because Visitor parking is hard to find and you can hear everything hahaha. But I would a 100 recommend it to anybody because management is super nice and anything that need maintenance gets taken cared of right away

The staff is friendly and willing to help you, and the amenities are always nice and clean. I love that the apartments have a cozy feel to them.
