The staff is really nice and everything is kept clean and anything that's broken is fixed as soon as possible. Any maintenance requests are fulfilled within a day.

submitted by Fred F. - |Recommended: YesLocation, location, location — I honestly think this is the best property to live in, almost purely based off of how close it is to the university. I walk every day, and it takes me less than five minutes before crossing University Drive. The front office is helpful, the maintenance is fast. The only problem is the low amount of parking, which I can live with.

submitted by Ania L. - |Recommended: YesGreat location and environment — I've been living at Domain on Northgate for the past 2 years and I just love it The staff is so friendly and Jackie, the manager, is amazing They take the time to try to get to know their residents and accommodate to their needs I've never had to buy a parking pass for school because of how close my apartment is to main campus The only thing is there is very limited guest parking, but other than that everything is great. The amenities are amazing and I just love this place over all

submitted by Savannah J. - |Recommended: YesBest northgate apartment for the price — After looking at all the apartments in northgate the Domain was everything I was looking for. It’s close to all the bars and restaurants but also in a more affordable price range compared to most northgate apartments, the apartment itself is not noisy, but occasionally the construction or the drunk people outside are but thats unavoidable with the location. My favorite thing about the apartment is the garden tub and the pool. The pool is almost never busy I believe this apartment is a steal and I was so lucky to find it.
